Sustainable supplier selection and order allocation for multinational enterprises considering supply disruption in COVID-19 era

The unprecedented outbreak of COVID-19 has left many multinational enterprises facing extremely severe supply disruptions. Besides considering triple-bottom-line requirements, managers now also have to consider disruption due the pandemic more seriously. However, existing research does not take these two key objectives into account simultaneously. To bridge this gap, based on characteristics and similar global emergency events, article proposes a model that aims solve problem sustainable supplier selection order allocation in era. It so by using multi-stage multi-objective optimization applied different stages development spread pandemic. Then, novel nRa-NSGA-II algorithm is proposed high-dimensional model. applicability effectiveness illustrated well-known producer shortwave therapeutic instruments. JEL Classification: M11
